01. Inquiry & Booking

If you think you might be ready to say YES to us, just fill out the quick form on our Contact Page and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We’ll confirm availability for your dates and send you a scheduling link for a ‘get to know you’ call or coffee date and confirm we’re a perfect fit for YOU. During the first meeting, we’ll answer all your questions and go over your vision and next steps and confirm your booking. YAY!!

02. Client Onboarding

Once you have officially decided to book us, we’ll get you all set up in our client relationship software and send over your custom contract and invoice. You’ll choose your services and payment plan.

You’ll also get a client questionnaire that helps us determine your vision and style so we can deliver photos that have you feeling like a 5-year-old on Christmas Eve!!

03. Planning & Timeline

As we approach your wedding date, planning and details will be falling into place. We’re with you every step of the way and we’re flexible. We will have as many planning calls as YOU need to make sure we are ready for your big day to go off without a hitch. During this time, we will need a list from you of family photos that you want to have captured on the wedding day. We’ll go over your plan for the day, the sections of your ceremony, and more!

04. The Rehearsal

We factor your wedding rehearsal into our availability and planning because it is important for us to be prepared so we can best serve you on your wedding day. Lots of those last minute changes and details often happen at the rehearsal and we want to be up to speed so you can just relax and be fully present and ENJOY your wedding.

We are SO EXCITED and so very happy for you two!! While we capture this milestone in your love story, priceless emotions, each of your families, your beautiful wedding details, and these unforgettable moments, WE ARE BOTH HERE FOR YOU. We are present for you all day. Need some water? We got it. Need to wrangle family members or groomsmen for pictures? Don’t worry, we learned their names at rehearsal. Need something? We’re on it. Last minute vow run-through? (We did it too haha) We’re listening.

06. Gallery Delivery

While you relax and honeymoon with your sweet new spouse, we’ll be putting in the work for you.

One of our top priorities is getting your photos to you as soon as possible. We sort and professionally edit your photos according to your vision and style preferences as indicated in your client onboarding process.

When your photos are perfect and ready for you, you will receive a private online gallery with lifetime access and unlimited downloads. We hope reliving your wedding moments gives you happy tears.
